ghosts in Santa Fe?

According to This there is a ghost that was caught on some amazingly grainy security video near the courthouse in Santa Fe, NM (my frequent home and muse)... Ghost? Bug? maybe a Prank?

My fave is the incredibly in depth investigative journalism on the part of this local paper...

Is this proof of the supernatural? or are the people of Santa Fe just that gullible?
